Murray and I put this together in Kathy’s kitchen, and it has definite potential. I think I’d like to add some more and make it a stew.
Ingredients
2–3 lb pork roast
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Directions
1. Place pork roast in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the roast.
3. Add cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, until the pork is
tender.
5. Remove pork and slice or shred.
6. Stir the gravy in the slow cooker until smooth.
7. Serve pork warm with gravy spooned over the top.
