I can actually take no credit for these. Murray got the recipe from his aunts Elena and Melody. After he made them, he was getting ready for work, and I cried out, “You’re not taking any of those to work, are you?” Yes. Shameless. But so yummy.
Ingredients:
16-ounce jar of salted peanuts
Two cups or full bag of Reese’s Pieces peanut butter chips
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Two cups mini marshmallows
A glug of vanilla
Directions6
Butter 9 by 13-inch dish. Pour half of peanuts in dish.
Spread until even.
Melt peanut butter chips and sweetened condensed milk over
low heat. Stir to prevent burning. When melted, add marshmallows and a glug of
vanilla, and continue to stir.
When fully melted, pour or spoon the hot portion over peanuts. Add remaining peanuts on top. Don’t stir. Press peanuts into melted mixture with hands or spoon. Refrigerate one to nine hours.
