I Want to Hug You, Lord

I want to hug you, Lord,

For the great start you’ve given me this morning,

For the new things you’re teaching me about your word,

For the happiness you give me with my husband, my children, my friends,

For all the new things you teach me about Jesus,

About your love,

For the times when I can feel you hugging me.

Help me today to hug you back.

Help me to hug those around me.

I love you, Lord.
